These flyovers may not all be literal geniuses but they are wise.

I’m from Cali but I do have kin in Louisiana, Arkansas and Iowa. All of my kin from those states are very down to earth, wise, kind and conservative. All were very excited to vote to MAGA. They all loath Obama and the democrats, as do I.

In other words they’re great people. I wish we had more of their kind around my neck of the woods.

They produce as many geniuses as anyone else.

Not trying to sound smug or anything, but I am a member of the science profession, which draws incredibly bright people. I've been to a number of scientific conferences. In most cases, when a scientist talks about his/her work at one of these conferences, there are not a lot of people who watch--maybe a few dozen, mostly people working in the same field.

Nobel Prize winners always fill a room, but that is because of name recognition.

However, the most popular scientific talk I ever saw, in front of a crowd that was standing room only, was presented by a grizzly guy in plaid shirt and jeans, leather belt, cowboy boots and cowboy hat. And he was talking about his research with cow poop.

Genius redneck, indeed.
