a jfk researcher, Ralph Cinque, looked into the Rafael story somewhat and he noticed that over the years in photographs, including family photos, Rafael has had various amounts of facial hair and unusually large almost disguise-like glasses. like he was worried about being recognized.
No worries. Those photos are stills from the 1963 surveillance film uploaded to a YouTube early 2013. By November 2013, the speculation about Cruz had begun. Here’s a well researched article on the subject.
