scotus 2000 precedent is exactly this. it will happen in every state not done in time.
Yes, I forgot about that. The SC ruled that counting and recounting just heavily DemocRat areas was unconstitutional and that if Florida wanted a recount, they would have to recount the whole state. The Rats knew that they did not have time to do so and basically gave up knowing that the previous certification would stand if the recount wasn’t finished by the deadline.
