A good start would be to have the new Secretary of HHS work to remove the special exemption that members of Congress have to being under Obamacare. Once Mitch and his DemocRAT buddies (and their aides) have to live under it, maybe they'll be a little more "enthused" about dealing with the problem.

Don’t kid yourself. The Republicans, particularly McConnell, do not want to get rid of obamacare. It does not effect them. They want it to remain so that they can say,”Elect me and I will get rid of obamacare” each election. And it works for them. They have had their opportunities to abolish obamacare. Each time they made excuses for not doing it. Never believe anything a Republican says. They [Republicans] will stab you in the back at the earliest opportunity. HR 6393 illustrates this well. Believe only what you see them do. Never believe anything a politician says. Never believe anything a member of the main stream media says.
