Most hospitals have less than 60 days cash on hand. Many have less than 30.
Most hospitals have zero to 0.5% margin (revenue/expense). An immediate end to Obamacare would mean a surge in uninsured (non-paying) customers of 15-25%. The insurance cash flow from Obamacare has kept lots of hospitals afloat.
Obamacare has hollowed out and then destroyed what existed before.
So removal of the ACA will not also remove the artificial low revenue to expense margin?
Still no way 2/3 simply close their doors in 90 days. No way.
Need to STOP letting all these people with NO insurance going to Hospitals!! Set up some community CLINCS that cost less to help these people.
I think if you don’t allow Mexicans into the hospital that right there will increase profitability immensely immediately.
