Perhaps the deal will bring Kalifornia that much closer to bankruptcy.
I think they are already bankrupt if you count the pension liability. It should be criminal what these politicians do with their fiduciary responsibilities. Problem is that they will have lived a rich full life and died long before the debt bomb explodes.
