There have been few that have deserved it more. Man of the Year is for someone who dominates the news for the year. Who else came close?

Yowza!! After what he did, winning an election against ALL the odds (except the will of the American people), he should be on the cover. Good pic - looks Presidential! :-)

You know Obama is bummed he wasn’t picked ... it’s all about him, don’tcha know? /sarc

“Divided States of America”
Yes, it was divided before Trump came on the scene, thanks to you liberals in government and the media.

Notice how they refer to “the Divided States of America” on the cover? If Clinton had won, they would have NEVER put that on there. TIME doesn’t even try to hide there bias, but instead, displays it for everyone to see.

Donald has said as much too, which is why he brought a message of uniting.

Removing the (mostly lefty) things that DO divide will be like pulling rabid dogs’ teeth, but Donald is set to do it with a passion.

I can’t believe the Apprentice boss and guy who worked a block away from where I worked is now president of the US!!

And I shook his hand when he came to Rock plaza. He shook a million hands, lol, but he was genuinely a nice guy.

One insult after another in the article. Shouldn’t be surprised. Dinosaur media can’t go bankrupt fast enough.

They NEVER throw caveats or excuses about rat presidents. They always assume that the entire country agrees with them when a rat is elected.

Yep, like he’s the one causing the divide. That can be traced to the last 8 years.

Duh, they had no choice. They would have been even more of a laughingstock than they are now if they chose anyone else.

They put that on their because they know their readership (communists) but couldn’t keep him off the cover because no one else came close

I’m sure they had a Madam President-type cover ready to go as of the first week of November...

Ugh. Time magazine. About 40 years ago I took a young man’s grand tour of Europe, riding trains through 13 countries. In my backpack I had a tattered Time magazine. That’s about all I had to read for two and a half months. I read it over and over again and became familiar with the way Time constructs articles. It’s real simple. Halfway through any article, Time will take what the reporter wrote in the first half and turn it upside down. They present this as a conflict, which is supposed to make the article interesting. But upon close study, it becomes clear that the article, as a whole, is complete crap. A more accurate name for Time magazine would be Conflict magazine. It’s really just junk.

Time made the right call. But as a close runner up, I would suggest Anthony Wiener.

I really do believe if it were not for one of the greatest “October Surprises” ever (Hillary emails on his pervy tablet) Hillary might have won the election.

So we owe Carlos Danger a great deal of gratitude.
