That’s the way I understand it.
Like I’ve said, my concern was that they’re stalling to not certify in time for the Dec. 13 deadline. Some have expressed that won’t be an issue.
Those that corrupt the vote should be tried for capital punishment and preferably hanged in the public square.
I would have to agree with that.
But now we have spiritual global warming.
Inexplicably, the new votes they are trying to gin up, are escaping into the stratosphere.
Bet you a dozen Jesus donuts this is going on, and teeth are gnashing. (More literally put, they see checks and balances that have already been leaked and cannot be falsified.)
Just a SWAG (spiritual/scientific wild ass guess) but... I wonder if some of these “Russian hacks” (whether or not they are Russian) have grabbed copies of data that will leave our dear Rats with some ‘splaining to do if they muck around too much... and to emphasize that they’re happening, they’ve gotten emailed to some top Rat figures!!

He will still have more than 270 anyway, as their 10 electoral votes only knocks him down to 296. So he wins with the 270 anyway. Her flipping the state does nothing other than make it closer. She would still short of 270, and he would still be above 270.
That's why they needed Michigan & Pennsylvania as well.

Probably same problem as Detroit - ballots and machines don’t agree - they didn’t steal enough and now don’t want to get caught.

We’ll never know, because the records aren’t good enough to tell us. But a joint federal-state investigation of last November’s election in Milwaukee has found incontrovertible evidence of voter fraud. Fraud seems to have permeated the election in Milwaukee, where John Kerry got his margin of victory; he carried Wisconsin by around 11,000 votes.
The Milwaukee investigation has revealed that the number of ballots counted there exceeds, by 4,609, the number of people recorded as voting. There is no evident explanation for this other than ballot box stuffing. In addition, investigators found “more than 200 cases of felons voting illegally and more than 100 people who voted twice, used fake names or false addresses or voted in the name of a dead person.”
