I am not getting involved in a Protestant v. Catholic debate.

I simply want to inform you that there are many, many non-Catholic Christians out there who actually DON’T support murdering the innocent. Shocking, I know.

I surely believe you.

HOWEVER, "DON’T support murdering the innocent" is VERY, VERY, VERY different from the Catholic view that it is an EGREGIOUS, MORTAL sin to "murder the innocent," that is, fetuses in ANY state of development.

I'm NOT shocked though, at your attitude.
When defrocked, disgraced, extremely intelligent and gifted Catholic priest Father Martin Luther decided to parts ways with his once-beloved Catholic Church, 1500's, he paved the way for THOUSANDS of non-Catholic denominations to arise, exist for a while and THEN disappear into the annals of history.

Thus, "murdering the innocent" wasn't even the tiniest factor in non-Catholic Christian human history. It hardly COMES up even now because there was/is no uniform theology of those denominations.

I won't say "theology by guess and by golly" but uniformity of theology and moral attitudes is the CORE of a sustained faith. Catholicism is an example of a 2,000-year-old sustained faith.

Catholic Church history is stuffed with sinners, as is ALL human history, but the Church that Jesus founded so many centuries ago is STILL ALIVE and THRIVING.
Non-Catholic Christians have their own personal values and since they accept Jesus as their Lord and Redeemer, there is no reason for THEM not to survive and thrive. It's just a far more personal, non-unified approach. Nothing wrong with that either.
1.2 BILLION Catholics world wide means that His Catholic Church HAS to have value beyond the normal. One needs only "Google" the alternatives.

Pax tibi.
