Hillary Clinton has only reduced Donald Trump’s lead by several dozen votes in the days of recounting, nowhere near enough to alter the election. Trump won Wisconsin by more than 22,000 votes. Green Party nominee Jill Stein paid at least $3.5 million in donated money for the recount.
The latest spreadsheet released December 11 shows that the City of Milwaukee’s totals still have not been fully updated to include absentee ballots, even though the Milwaukee County Clerk told the news media the recount was completed on Thursday, December 8, and only minor changes were found. That leaves Milwaukee as pretty much the last lingering mystery before Wisconsin can shut the lid on the 2016 presidential recount.
The clerk did not return an email seeking explanation for the delay in fully reporting to the state. On December 9, the spokesman for the Election Commission told Heavy, “Milwaukee may be done recounting, but they haven’t yet submitted their totals to us. When they do, we’ll mark them as complete.”
The December 11 update reads, “Numbers for the City of Milwaukee do not include absentee ballots, which have not yet been recounted. Milwaukee counts its absentee ballots centrally (not at the polling place) on Election Night. When those absentee ballots have been counted the numbers will be updated.”
Here’s a portion of the day 11 spreadsheet to show how city wards appear. They show deficits for each candidate because absentee ballots have not been reported to the state yet:

Details: 2,826,909 ballots have been recounted, approximately 95 percent of all presidential ballots cast (2,975,313).
The net change is now +1,442 votes: Trump/Pence +628, Clinton/Kaine +653, Castle/Bradley +17, Johnson/Weld +76, Stein/Baraka +68, Moorehead/Lilly +14, and De la Fuente/Steinberg -14.
Voters should see through this.

‘The People’s Republic of Milwaukeestan’ would rely on rioting and blocking roads and shooting up the town, but it’s COLD outside and they don’t venture out much in the winter months.
WHAT a waste of dollars - and THANK GOODNESS - they were ALL DEMOCRAT DOLLARS for a change!
Nice...today, I think Rogers/Nelson (Aaron/Jordy) could get more votes then Hillary.
