It would be very interesting to see this happen. I’ve always thought it was voter fraud that got Obama elected, especially the second term.

If this was found to be accurate, does that strike the last eight years from the record? Does he get impeached, after the fact?

In the United States impeachment, in a Constitutional context, is an action to remove from office. If Obama is out of office he cannot be impeached.

The US picked up the idea of impeachment from the UK parliament where impeachment is a criminal action for such crimes as treason. But the process in the US is in two parts, impeachment and then conviction.

Nothing stops the new administration from trying to convict Obama of treason but that would be done through the Federal Courts. Highly unlikely in my view.
