I would imagine Governor Perry knows a thing or two about energy, what with him having been governor of Texas and all. Not to mention the guy does have a bit of experience in running a big bureaucracy.

Every time I see Perry I remember that Trump once said that Perry only started wearing glasses to make himself look smarter, and that he should be required to take an IQ test before being allowed to debate.
