Since Trump has been elected, about the only thing they should do from now on is certify new power plants.Hussein Obama's EPA shut down MANY coal plants. He was much more effective than terrorist bombers would have been in the US. Electrical usage plunged under Obama but the costs of buying electricity went up.
Hussein did it on purpose to hurt the US economy. The DOE can put many of the shutdown plants back into operation.
