Is snow considered carbon neutral ?
That is a legitimate question
since at its core, there are air-borne impurities ?

"Is snow considered carbon neutral?"

No, since much of a snowflake is made of air which includes CO2. That includes every breath exhaled by the whiny spoiled self-absorbed indoctrinated pansy snowflakes. I get your ironic point.
