I could not think of a better leader for the Democrats in Congress than Nancy Pelosi.

I actually think she meant that in the same way a parent would tell a child to wait until Christmas to open their presents. To her, Obamacare was going to be a wonderful present that everyone would love, but she didn't want to spoil the surprise by telling us any details.
