Technically, if found constitutionally ineligible, anything Obama has put his pen to is immediately null and void. Nice thought but incorrect. Everything Obama did in office is valid regardless of what Arpaio announces.

If they can prove the birth certificate was forged, that would be impeachable but wouldn’t prove he was ineligible. You’d also have to show he was born outside the US.
