It's attacking the CIA's credibility from the left, and mocking the MSM's sudden, unanimous respect for the wisdom of the CIA, and of our newfound obligation to believe everything the CIA says. The article is mildly critical of Trump, but very skeptical of the media's "the Russians did it" theme.
