“He was interested in a broad range of ideas and attitudes about the type of person who would best fill Justice Scalia’s seat,” Napolitano told the Fox Business Network’s Stuart Varney.
“That is essentially what we spoke about in the hour that I was privileged to sit with him,” Napolitano said.
Taken aback, Varney asked the Judge, “You spent an hour with Donald Trump this morning talking about the Supreme Court?”
“Believe it or not, yes,” responded Napolitano. “Now it was a freewheeling conversation, in which many other topics came up […]”
“But the vast bulk of what we spoke about was the intellectual, ideological, temperamental qualities that he should seek in a replacement for Justice Scalia.”

Interesting. Finished the judge’s book on how the Progressives (Roosevelt and Wilson) destroyed the Constitution of the USA. (Mainly Wilson).
How interesting that Trump would interview this guy......Love it.

No way Napolitano, unless you are a Libertarian, that means anything goes on the social issues.
Anyway, which was he swings is and has been under suspicion for a long time. I do love it when he laughs though. Like a bowlful of jelly.

Judge Napolitano is 66 years old. Is age an issue?
To: savagesusie
Trump should straight up just pick him.
We’d all be happy, and America would heave a sigh of relief.

He’s pro-life and thinks abortions should be prohibited.
That’s good enough for me, and I think a lot of other folks.

Judge Napolitano is 66 years old. Is age an issue?Yes age should be an issue. The nominee should be younger and should also be from Trump's list.
More likely, Trump was just asking Napolitano's opinion on who he should pick.

I thought Nap pissed away his SCOTUS chances down the drain when he put the Canuba debacle on his resume.

Judge Andrew Napolitano is strict believer in the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights.
I think the Judge would be an outstanding pick.
