and then they met the next day for a group meeting with other "non-profits" and NGOs.
As much as O'Bungler outwardly decries violence and disruption to the public,
he meets with organizers to be disruptive, provocative, and to create an air of hostility.
Without arrests of the 'agent provocateurs', this behavior will continue, as it has been occurring in the past.
