The first step to do this is getting the number of lawyers under control so they don’t have to go around and represent “non-sense” for a paycheck.
Second tort reform, “loser pays” , so there is a cost for putting “nonsense” into the docket.

How to cut down the number of lawyers, I am open to suggestion though “Roman Decimation” has a “classical” appeal to it

I agree with loser pays, but it won't change anything in the current environment. In this example, she's likely to win. That would only make this a losing proposition for any organization that is still trying to enforce some sanity.

The only thing we have control over is where our money goes. As long as it's going to the companies that promote this, nothing is going to change. The good news is that it's something we can change now, without any need for legislation or outside help. The question is, will we?
