In a way, Ryan is right - if we wanted to retaliate for actual hacking of (institutions was the word, not elections) our stuff (like we do to them and everyone else does to everyone else) it should have been when we discovered it, not as an excuse for Hillary's loss.
The report mentions "election" 3 times and it's 16 pages long, single spaced. never specifically says the elections were hacked. It could have been written about China, N. Korea, even us...

I suppose Ryan supports arming isis and al qaeda in Syria to fight Russia ally, Assad. Obama is supporting open warfare with Russian allies, to further extend hi effort to hand the Middle East to Muslim terrorists. (Isis, alqaeda, Muslim Brotherhood)

this man, ryan... he doesn’t understand much at all! He didn’t think Trump would be elected and took the wrong side. And now he thinks obama did this to punish Russia for “interfering”? He doesn’t know who obama is yet? He doesn’t know it’s for spite and that’s who obama is? he is too dumb to be in leadership!!!
