Perhaps the Trump Administration can find a different court to overturn the sealing of those documents, if they still exist.
Trump can do this by Executive Order. Better yet, Have “his” Security people review everything about Obama. They have a right to his Selective Service, college paperwork, drivers licence(s), property ownership, immigration records, etc...
All Trump has to do is show Obama is a National Security issue. It doesn’t matter that BO is an ex POTUS. His status now will be checked.
Questions any normal investigator would have already asked:
Did BO ever have a Drivers Licence? How was it obtained? When and where did he obtain the SS #’s he uses ? This will lead to who he really is. Records may be changed or disappeared but something will be found.
Trump played his hand very well with the Birther issue. He hasn’t commented. Believe Me. Trump knows everything. BO is just stirring up trouble to deflect attention.He knows he will be found out. He just wants to get all his stolen money first.
