I was up in Vermont last year and the temp was sub zero. One run down and I had to go into the ski shop for a balaclava face covering and googles. Otherwise it was too painful ;-)

The coldest I have ever been was at the top of Jay Peak back in the 1970s. Nothing since has come close.

One run down and I had to go into the ski shop for a balaclava face covering Same thing happened to me once on a trip to Park City Utah. At the base it was -7, blowing snow and wind gusts around 25 mph. Out of 4 days of skiing, 3 were down right awful.......
