Many don’t realize that the left lives in a bubble. From what I can see, they cannot see how things are, instead they see how they think things should be and act as if those impressions were real. If they had spent five seconds honestly evaluating Obama, he would never have been considered as a presidential candidate. It’s not that they will not, it’s that they cannot think. More than anything else this is what frightens me.
As sad as it it it seems to me that your evaluation of the “thinking” of the left is valid. They really don’t seem to be capable of understanding reality.
