A California Republican state lawmaker is challenging the legality of a move by Democrats in the legislature to hire former U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder to help in any legal battles with President-elect Donald Trump’s administration.

Assembly member Kevin Kiley has requested a formal ruling from state lawyers on whether the decision by Democratic legislative leaders to hire Holder and his firm, Covington & Burling, for $25,000 a month violated a provision in the state’s constitution that bans hiring outside counsel for work the state’s own lawyers can do. […]

Kiley’s request came on the eve of hearings in the Democratic-led legislature on the nomination of U.S. Representative Xavier Becerra as state attorney general, another move by Democrats to position California to defend its liberal policies against the Republican Trump. Hiring Holder is tantamount to admitting that he did not uphold the Constitution as Attorney General. I look forward to his indictment by the incoming administration.

"You stupid black buffalo, you need to fix this shit. If he's elected we're all going to be swinging from nooses!"

Holder and Co. will bill a gazillion hours, give lots of interviews, and produce absolutely nothing at all, except maybe a huge pile of very poorly drafted memos and pleadings.

We have a State Legislature “Engaging in a Criminal Conspiracy” to VIOLATE FEDERAL IMMIGRATION LAW(Multiple Felonies involved) and they are worried that the Felonious Misappropriation of Funds and Money Laundering in furtherance of a CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY TO VIOLATE FEDERAL IMMIGRATION LAW might be Unconstitutional???

HOW PATHETIC CAN IT GET??

What Holder is going to fight is the new laws some cities in CA have established - “Sanctuary Cities”

All the largest cities (except for San Diego), are using the title Sanctuary City, to try to keep illegals from being deported; and they are mostly “criminal” illegals.

That is exactly why Holder was hired. However, it’s already shown up in the news that Judicial Watch is demanding the documents regarding the hiring of Holder.

Judicial Watch has a great track record of getting access to documents that they seek. I’d be very curious myself to see what our Traitor Gov agreed to allow Holder to do.

We do know that it will involve a lot of lawsuits; but Judicial Watch is very good at challenging and winning these arguments.

The other possibility for Holder would be to “organize” other lawyers to support Sanctuary Cities in their states. This will undoubtly become the usual left-wing circus.
