Who’s side is Obama on? Back when the Iraq war was in full swing, Iran was supplying many of the IED's that were killing US troops. Bush II was in charge at the time, and he did nothing.
So weakness and indecisiveness are not characteristics limited to just Obama.

I agree Bush made a lot of mistakes in Gulf War II. But Obama would have done nothing immediately after 9/11. Has he done anything about Benghazi like he said he would?

Most IED’s are just that, made from a variety of materials that are on hand. In Afghanistan some rockets had the explosives removed and replaced with concrete. The rockets were like cannon balls and the explosives were used for IED’s
