One guy in the article says this was akin to pouring gasoline on a fire. In the NEXT sentence, he says it’s America’s fault that China got this far because we did nothing!!
Do I fear a war? I won’t lie, yes. But we are facing a war because of what we DIDN’T DO the past 8 years!!
I never want American military personnel to face war, and there IS always the very small possibility of someone launching a nuke.
But the long term outlook dictates that we must confront them now on this issue.
