This is such crap....sovereign immunity only protects from LEGAL acts in good faith...it does NOT cover illegal acts or protect incompetence that covers harm to others.

Problem is, the people are sovereign in the USA, not the federal government. Not that the courts recognize that, that is until the people remind them, it seems.

Exactly right. The EPA nazis can be stripped of sovereign immunity and held legally responsible.
Put the people in charge of the fiasco up for personal liability.
