The issues are not mutually exclusive.

The EPA will likely not be shut totally down but will be throttled down.
As I look through the vapors that is the political reality.

There were people damaged by the debacle. The solution was offered. Go to Federal court or go to Congress. Congress is the answer. The damage is not unlike those of a severe flood or hurricane. Congress can appoint a commission to sort through the claims and authorize payment.

The EPA is a rogue agency that has lived long beyond its usefulness. The Marxist liberals are now using it as a sledge hammer against our constitutional rights to conduct business, especially any type of heavy industry, ie, manufacturing, mining, drilling, logging, even agriculture. Their obvious goal is to cause the USA to fail economically so they can usher in some form of communism. Our liberty-oriented founders would be shooting by now.

Did you enjoy all the pretty trees you are trying to distract us with?

You really think most of us are stupid?

The forest you failed to see is...

Why should the U.S. taxpayer cover the enormous cost of fixing the disaster resulting from criminal negligence, incompetence, indifference, arrogance, or a lethal combination of all of the above?

It ignores getting rid of the incompetent from top to bottom.

What is the existing EPA budget?
How many EPA employees got bonuses? Who, when, how much? Who "approved" them?

How much jail time is being proposed?
