President-elect Donald Trump will sign as many as 200 executive orders targeting a wide range of Obama administration policies, according to Fox News judicial analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano.
Napolitano told Fox News anchor Martha MacCallum Wednesday night that, based on his conversations with the president-elect, Trump could sign hundreds of regulations on his third full day in office. The judge did not say what policies were being targeted by the incoming administration.

I still think the “Monday is Day#1” may be a head-fake, and he’ll start signing stuff on Saturday.
I laughed out loud the other night when Bill O’Rielly said Trump would be getting to work on Monday morning changing things.
I would not be surprised if Trump has a few Executive Orders in his pocket and begins signing them just after he is sworn in.
Trump is a worker. He will be at his desk late Friday night, all day Saturday and Sunday.

Executive orders not only need to be legislatively supported by Congress, the idea of a president working unilaterally from Congress like corrupt Congress let Obama get away with doing a constitutional myth, but also consider this. Congress needs to be able to justify any legislation that justifies a presidential executive order with the limited powers that the states have expressly constitutionally delegated to the feds, evidenced by Congress's constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers.

Imagine Trump stepping back after making the initial speech...pulling out two sheets, and signing them, and having some notary republic stamp them. Done, let’s move on.
