"Gee it’s a good thing that dunce has (pretend) Constitutional scholars like you around to keep him in line."

Noting that many “leaders” of all three branches of the corrupt federal government were evidently indoctrinated with anti-constitutional republic interpretations of the Constitution in Ivy League law schools, please consider the following.

Here’s the Supreme Court-issued “license” for ordinary voters, people like you and me, to reasonably interpret the Constitution.

“3. The Constitution was written to be understood by the voters; its words and phrases were used in their normal and ordinary as distinguished from technical meaning; where the intention is clear, there is no room for construction and no excuse for interpolation or addition.” —United States v. Sprague, 1931.

There are probably many constitutionally savvy FReepers that would do a good better job than current, anti-state sovereignty activist Supreme Court justices.

And if you aren’t already familiar with Congress’s constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers, Section 8 a page of clauses in the Constituton authored by the Founding States, Judge Andrew Napolitano will read it to you in under three minutes.
