I see 60 empty seats vacated by paid Congressmen and women.
They are making a statement by not being present. We are all moved they did not attend because of their right to protest such a historic event. What if Republicans didn’t show up for a Democratic President swearing in?

One woman photographer in the media stands to President Trump’s left is looking at/photographing the security on the top of the building behind him while all other cameras are focused on the dais where Trump is standing or on Trump himself. Interesting.
I think if I was George W. Bush I would have asked for a different seat.
