To be undone by Trump rather quickly I would imagine.
To: vannrox
George H W Bush banned the import of many .223 semi-auto rifles in his term.
I had money back then and was planning to buy one of each. Now I have no money and no foreign military style guns. Bummer.

How about some M1 Garands?
To: vannrox
The price of AK’s has doubled as a result.
Hoping this gets remedied.

I would like to see it as well. Since this went into effect century arms started making 100% American AK’s. They’re nice, but they’re $500-$600. The kalasnikovs would be cheaper.

This is just stupid. Izmash rifles should be coming back into America very soon. This time without a stupid assault ban to deal with. That means straight up semi-auto Kalashnikovs with no needed conversions. Arsenals should come down in price, Kalashnikov Concern U.S. will be killing it inside of a year.

Chinese are not as well made, IMHO, though the military ones are supposed to be ok.
