An interesting position, but have not the federal courts held some state gun laws unconstitutional?
In fact, even fed circuit courts accepting such a case would be telling.

Would you say the same thing about the first amendment and free speech? States can legitimately curb free speech? (I know dems do it all the time, I’m talking about from the point of view of the constitution.)
