Why do I suspect the various groups of “oppressed” people will never see a dime? Why do I suspect Obama’s family & a few accomplices in foreign nations have been busy raiding the US Treasury?
He’s not legally authorized to disburse money. Congress and the OMB does that. That includes the pallets of cash sent to Iran awhile back.
The question here is, why was any of this allowed?
