WHO THOUGHT IT WOULD BE A GOOD IDEA TO DIG A HOLE INTO THE SIDE OF A RESERVOIR?
My guess is that the EPA employees were trying to create a ‘small’ leak to the outside world, so that they could prosecute and seize the property, increase their power and show that they were ‘saving the erf’. But, the ‘small leak’ turned into a huge massive damn break, poisoning the waters downstream for hundreds of miles.................
