Supreme Court Alert
Public Advocate ^ | January 26th, 2017 | JesusIsLord

Posted on 01/26/2017 4:54:24 PM PST by JesusIsLord

One of the leading candidates for the U.S. Supreme Court is William Pryor. “Public Advocate” has sounded the alarm about William Pryor's history of persecuting pro-Family hero, Judge Roy Moore.

Just weeks ago, Pryor ruled against a middle school that wanted to keep radical homosexual indoctrination out of its classes.

In 2011, Pryor concurred with a ruling that created a new "right to transgender bathrooms and transgender employment privileges" -- despite not offering one constitutional argument or legal precedent to support this radical position.

In 2010-2011 Public Advocate was fighting to defend the right of Augusta State University student Jennifer Keeton to remain a Christian in her counseling program. The conservative legal group, Judicial Action Group, discovered that Pryor stood against Public Advocate before. Jennifer Keeton had been ordered by her academic superiors to reject her Christian beliefs and embrace the radical Homosexual Agenda if she wished to remain in the program. Ms. Keeton wanted to be an elementary school counselor. But apparently her Christian beliefs on homosexuality were an automatic disqualification for counseling young children. Her department ordered her to submit to a program of Homosexual Re-Education designed to "remediate" her traditional views -- including attending a public pornographic display or "gay pride parade." Jennifer took this fight to court and lost -- despite petitions from thousands of Public Advocate supporters. And Judge William Pryor "concurred in full" with the decision to expel this Christian student for refusing to change her beliefs to fit the agenda of the Homosexual Lobby. Pryor even went so far as to say this created a precedent that would allow for persecution against all Christians in the field of counseling. He hid behind this so-called "private ethics code" to justify his violation of the First Amendment.

Pryor is bad for Christians and Religious Liberty.

It's essential that there be pro-Family resistance to Pryor. Let your Senators and Representative know what you think about Mr. William Pryor.

If these goes down. . .what a slap in the face to Bible believing Christians. I don’t think his advisors have sought the Almighty on this one . . .. even to be a suggestion.

The fact that President Trump is even considering this guy speaks volumes. Let's hope and pray that the eventual SC nominee will be pro-Christian and conservative. Let's also pray that President Trump is influenced by pro-Christian and conservative advisors.

Let's remember that we don't know exactly what they're thinking, and that's by design.

Pryor isn't the man for the job, agreed, but I didn't know that until just recently. I think his staff has a much better grasp of the whys and wheres than we do.

Until he screws up, I'll go along. Harriet Miers.

From a related thread.
… 11th Circuit Judge Bill Pryor remains in the running but fading, according to people familiar with the search process.

If Justice Pryor, or any “justice” doesn’t believe in the “laws of nature and nature’s God”, (our Constitution), they need to be removed. Our system of “justice” (virtue) is ONLY based on Christian Ethics which formed the Age of Reason and Modern Science and the US Constitution.

Justice has to promote “public virtue” as Montesquieu and Justice Marshall noted. All “unjust” law—laws that promote baby-killing, sodomy, pederasty, polygamy, income tax, socialism/welfare (theft of private property) and Marxism or Islam, all antithetical to the Constitution, have to be banned.

Unjust law is “null and void” as Marshall stated and also the Nuremberg Trials. You can not have “social’ justice or collective ideologies in a system of justice where there are ONLY individual Natural Rights from God, never the State. Objective Truth (God/Bible) is the basis of Good and Evil and our “justice” system. Only Christianity gave us Free Will and Individualism—Individiual Natural Rights from God only. All other faiths are irrational and removed from Truth and Natural Law-—just man-made-up-irrational cr*p where collectivism never allows individualism and Free Will.

We have to return our Constitution to pre-1913 when Marxists took over Pres. Wilson for the Jekyll Is. NWO of total slavery. We now have a Vice system and it is collapsing Western Civilization; vice creates slaves only (Socrates, St. Augustine). Cultural Marxists knew to sexualize children and destroy the Natural Family would create emotionally crippled children and destroy virtue formation and embed slavery (dependency/welfare). It would destroy the West since there is no freedom with vice (evil people).

There should be a way that they can be contacted to get them to pull prior’s name before it gets to the confirmation process. Will you find it and post it?

Skip nominating anyone from Alabama to any position. Our state is a cesspool of corrupt politicians, on the left and the right.

A little more detail, please? As I read this they don’t like Pryor because they didn’t get the result they wanted.

Whatever your opinion on Pryor, please also remember that Gorsuch is also an unknown. We cannot afford a mistake, so we can’t go with a person we aren’t 100% sure about.

I think Mr. Pryor is a good Christian conservative who lacks the courage of his convictions in the face of popular culture. He might man up if put on the Court, or he might squish. There are better choices.
