An ex-KGB chief suspected of helping the former MI6 spy Christopher Steele to compile his dossier on Donald Trump may have been murdered by the Kremlin and his death covered up. it has been claimed.
Oleg Erovinkin, a former general in the KGB and its successor the FSB, was found dead in the back of his car in Moscow on Boxing Day in mysterious circumstances.
Erovinkin was a key aide to Igor Sechin, a former deputy prime minister and now head of Rosneft, the state-owned oil company, who is repeatedly named in the dossier.

I have long maintained even IF the Russians were capable of “hacking” our election, what would they have to gain by sabotaging Her Heinous’ campaign? Especially after she secured that sweetheart deal allowing Putin to get his hot little hands on all that uranium at fire sale prices. Clinton would’ve been 0bama 2.0, another stooge that Putin could play like a yo-yo. And what would either Trump or Putin have to gain by taking out Oleg Erovinkin?
Perhaps there are other reasons Obama got his people out of Russia and it had nothing to do with what he stated.

From what I have read the theory is that Russians thought Clinton is going to win anyway and were doing their things so she would have more trouble ruling.
