Kristie Maldonado and her son, Joe -- who gained national attention when he was barred from his local Cub Scouts pack because he is transgender -- plan to file a discrimination complaint against the regional chapter of the Boy Scouts of America. The complaint claims that the Boy Scouts of America's Northern New Jersey Council, which oversees a number of local scouting troops, violated the state "public accommodation" law by kicking the Secaucus boy out of the local Pack 87 in November, a month after he joined. The complaint, which was obtained by The Jersey Journal yesterday, is expected to be filed with the state Department of Law and Public Safety's Civil Rights division early next week.

Just tragic. So glad my son didn’t have to deal with this from Tiger Cub to Eagle Scout. Prayers for all of the innocent children subjected to exposure to this horrific perversion.

The kid was “born a girl”, but now “claims to be a boy”. How could “it” be a homo? This crap confuses the heck out of me...
Any parent who tries to turn their kid into another gender should be charged with felony child abuse. And get the kid into some kind of counseling to undo the damage, though such counseling will probably be made illegal if it’s not already.
A girl wants to be in the Boy Scouts. The Boy Scouts brought this on itself.

If he identifies as a girl, why doesn’t he join up with the Girl Scouts and demand to go on overnight sleepovers?

When THEY say "cisgender male" they mean a man who was born with male equipment and is attracted to females.
Therefore a "transgender male" would be someone who was born with male equipment but dresses (or modifies external sex traits) as a female.
If transgender identifying people were truly equal there would be no reason for the "T", you'd just say you ARE whatever sex you identify as.
Confusing for me too. Damned reporting should should not say transgender boy, it should say GIRL so those of us in flyover states would know what they are talking about. A girl joined the Boy Scouts and was kicked out. That I can understand.
