It may be time to give up on BSA. Create a new organization to meet the needs that BSA was created to meet, and run with it. If the new organization lasts a century before being destroyed, that’s well worth the effort.

Off topic: I did board of review for a Tenderfoot rank advancement last week. We were asking him about school, chores, etc. He informed us that he "doesn't do chores, the maid does them."
He failed. Not because of that. He couldn't recite the scout oath.
So, the answer these days is you just don’t have your kids in any sort of “organization”. Instead, here, a Playstation 4...have at it...

It is very disappointing to see the BSA taking action to support someone with a treatable mental disorder. I do not see how that helps a child with gender confusion.
They should talk to Ben Carson or Johns Hopkins, or do their own research instead of blindly following orders of the LGBT crowd.
It is sad that so many boys will not have the same experience I had in Boy Scouts and similarly the wonderful time my son had. BSA is in its final days. Makes me sad.
