It’s not stolen.

It’s just the Biden rule. In 1992 Biden said a president should not fill a Supreme Court vacancy during an election year.

Liberals don’t have any consistent standards. They just people and situations based on ever shifting criteria, depending on what position will advance the liberal agenda.

If a Republican is president, as was true in 1992, then Democrats would agree with the Biden rule, as he stated it back then. They didn’t want the first George Bush to have another Supreme Court nominee. Because that would have impeded the liberal agenda.

But in this most recent case, where Obama’s nominee was denied his hearing and vote, we were told that the Biden rule had now been changed, inexplicably no longer applies.

Why was this? Clearly due to politics. It would have benefited the liberals for Obama to have filled this Supreme Court seat. So that means the rules and criteria for filling Supreme Court vacancies at the end of a president’s term of office were now different than what the Democrats had stated years ago.

And so it goes..................

Listen to Joe Biden in his own words.
