I don’t have statstics but it seems to me that the illiterate pre industrial tribesmen who have arrived in my town aren’t ready to work but their families are eating. They must be living on something.

One source: The Center for Immigration Studies puts the percentage at 49%. Natural born citizens are 30% likely to use services.
Others have put it at closer to 75% when discounted and free School Lunches are counted.
