I'm under no illusion that Russians are good guys either, but I do think the US (probably McCain and others) have been quietly running an anti-Russia campaign for a while now.
If a Russian member of parliament visited the US to encourage cheering BLM crowds to overthrow the US government, and violent protesters then attacked and killed 18 police
If the head of the Russian FSB made a clandestine trip to the US under a false name to coordinate with the Russian ambassador and selected contacts of a major political party just before national elections called after a democratically elected president fled for his life
If wki leaks showed that the Russians had identified the next POTUS as “ their man inside” in 2006
If the son of the Russian VP had major business interests in the US and the Russian VP personally came here to hold secret meetings with our ruling politicians
Would we say the Russians interfered with our elections?
And please don't become that Kremlin mouthpiece here who went from "those are not Russians," to "you can't prove those are Russians," to "c'mon, everybody knew those were Russians" without batting an eyelash in the space of ten days.
