On CNN this morning, David Gregory, speaking of President Trumps tweetingand specifically, those from this weekend criticizing the judge who blocked his executive order on immigrationsaid: he sounds like an old man sitting on his porch yelling at somebody to get off his lawn.
Added Gregory: youve had in the first 18 days, successive weekends where he has completely derailed what his administration is trying to do with a kind of personal indulgence by attacking people personally, launching an attack on the separation of powers. But what it really comes down to is this obsession with himself, and I think thats going to start to wear thin.

He’s got that Kennedy mystique about him. All hair and no brains.
so in his mind you have to be an old man to tell someone to get off your lawn yo have worked on very hard!!!
Stereotyping much .
I told and will tell people off to get off my lawn if they think the can walk right across it. It is disrespectful , and I have tld my young kids that you always use the path or the driveway, but never just walk over their grass .
Gregory Like ‘Loser’.
Exactly, find the right Liberal judge, and there are plenty of them, and you can tie up any executive action in the court system for months and weeks.
I liked the fact that Trump pointed out that any terrorist action that might happen would be the responsibility of the judge and the court. Yes, there are consequences for inaction.
Is David Gregory that #fakejournalist who broke a D.C. gun law on national TV by trying to play “gotcha” with Wayne LaPierre? That David Gregory?
Well... get off his lawn! ;)
With three of David’s fingers pointing back at himself.
We better listen to him. He has a Podcast!!!!!
David Gregory needs to understand the winds have shifted, and there is a NEW scent in the air. Keep looking at the same old surveys that told us Hillary was going to win, will get you these news stories that are NOT TRUE. We might not want anyone on our lawn¡¡¡
It is we who voted for Trump who are yelling "get off my lawn!"
Trump is the person who is listening to us.

I kind like that analogy
Is this supposed to make liberals scornful of Trump defending borders?
Is this scorn coming from the “ borders are borders” crowd - when the borders are Crimea or Ukraine of course, and worth WW3
but not when they are US borders
When a la carte subscriptions are in place, the uptake for CNN and MSNBC will shrink substantially and advertisers will flee.
Thank you for posting this. They will not offer a la carte until people start canceling the bundles and telling the cable tv companies they will be back when they offer a la carte.
There bottom line has to be hit before they will move.
David Gregory is right. The simple fact is it’s our lawn, which is why we sound like it’s our lawn.
The fact that the Ctrl-Left welcomes illegals on our lawn does not give those illegals the right to be on our lawn or to take our tax dollars for their recreation. It’s our lawn. We may (some of us) be old men, but it’s still ours. It’s also our food, our tax dollars, and our country. The thugs have two choices: they can follow the law, or they can up their game of violence. It would be prudent for the terrorist left to think that one through . . . carefully.
Old Man Yelling Get off His Lawn
Its more like someone is attempting to sell illegal drugs while standing on your lawn.
Or, attempting to rob you or murder you or rape your wife, or daughter, on your lawn.
They do not have a right on your lawn no matter.
I own my lawn you do not.
So, get off my lawn!
#Justsayin
David Gregory is like a homeless guy yelling at everyone who walks by.
The lawn? That would be people crossing the 12 mile boundary out at sea.
