“Judge Robarts restraining order against the Trump EO was based on economic harm to companies in Washington....like Microsoft...It was kind of hidden,.”

Wonder what the Judge got from MS for his stance?

A Somali is THE MOST WORTHLESS human on planet earth.
You see a fat, black African wearing a tent walking down Mainstreet USA?

It’s a Somali returning from shopping with
her welfare or on the way shopping with her welfare.

Deport illegals!
Expel muslims!

Been thinking about signing up with Netflix. Guess we can do without it for good. There are other jeans than Levi Strauss too....

Most of the rest I don’t recognize except for the Silicon Valley crap, ebay etc. Etsy is a disappointment.

> Every last H-1B visa that they issue takes one job away from an American worker.<

.
The argument is always that H-1B visas are required in order to hire foreign talent that is not available in America.
But quite often these H-1B visa holders are trained by the very Americans whose positions they will occupy. It is the saddest situation one can experience in the office world. It makes one lose faith in American justice.

I just bought a new computer. I always use AMD processors.

They are not on the list. I have no idea if they are as bad as Intel or not.

Has anyone in Government ever considered that our computer codes written for equipment and weaponry used in our national security system is being done by enemy agents?

No, I am realistic. Saying Trump will not be popular is not a criticism of Trump. Any leader who goes and disturbs the status quo makes people uncomfortable. When one makes someone uncomfortable they tend to disapprove.

What I left unstated, is that Trump will be popular enough to get done what he needs to do. Trump's loyal core of support should be enough.

There are two measures of approval, personal and job approval. I would expect Trump's job approval to hover around 50%, which is really good considering what he is going to have to deal with. The Wall, immigration, health care are all emotional and controversial issues.

His personal approval, I assume will stay mid 40s. If all he did was smile and say nice things to people, his personal approval could soar into the 60s, but big deal because he would not be accomplishing anything.

It is all in the perspective. I don't see anything wrong with those numbers.

But you can count on the media to put a negative spin on those numbers, but Trump won't have anything to apologize for.

By the way, I have seen other people make the point here on FR that he won't be "popular' because he is not go along to get along. Same thing.

And when it is time for lay-offs, H-1B visa holders are the last ones out of the door. This is NOT the way to MAGA.

The son of my neighbor with a BS in Chemical engineering has been looking for work for the past 9 months. He is moving back home for economic reasons. MAGA is not possible under these circumstances.

ISLAM WAS BANNED FROM THE USA IN 1952, but the liberals & the media don’t want you to know that. The Immigration and Nationality Act that passed June 27, 1952 revised the laws relating to immigration, naturalization, and nationality for the United States. That act, which became Public Law 414, established both the law and the intent of Congress regarding the immigration of Aliens to the US and remains in effect today.
Among the many issues it covers, one in particular, found in Chapter 2 Section 212, is the prohibition of entry to the US if the Alien belongs to an organization seeking to overthrow the government of the United States by “force, violence, or other unconstitutional means.” This, by its very definition, rules out Islamic immigration to the United States.
This law was being ignored by the White House. Islamic immigration to the U.S. is prohibited under this law because the Koran, Sharia Law and the Hadith all require complete submission to Islam, which is antithetical to the US government, the Constitution, and to the Republic. All Muslims who believe that the Koran is life’s guiding principal also believe in total submission to islam & sharia law.
To all who claim that Islam is a religion, read the law again ... the law states that Aliens who are affiliated with ANY “organization” that advocates the overthrow of the U.S. government are prohibited.
Here is number 8 US Code 1182, inadmissible aliens. This law was written in 1952. It was passed by a Democrat controlled Congress, House and Senate, and signed by a Democrat president.
“Suspension of entry or imposition of restrictions by president. Whenever the president finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, the president may, by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or non-immigrants or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate.”
All of the pundits that are claiming that what Trump said is dumb, stupid, reckless, dangerous, and/or unconstitutional, need to educate themselves. It is already the law of the land.
And it was utilized by Jimmy Carter, no less, in 1979 to keep Iranians out of the United States, but he actually did more. He made all Iranian students already here check in, and then he deported a bunch. Seven thousand were found in violation of their visas, 15,000 Iranians were forced to leave the United States, 1979.
You probably won’t hear of this from our mainstream media, But those are the facts. So the judge that put the hold on the EO was out of line and should be banned from the bench for not taking the proper investigation on the topic prior to a call that will be endangering so many of our citizens’ safety and security.

Thanks I appreciate your feedback and am familiar with what you wrote. I do not watch the MSM. I do however research and read the laws (as you typed out). Yesterday I watched the entire hearing so I was pointing out the case as discussed.
