You left out the more important part of my post:

Her student did not earn a 4.0. Her student also did not learn what the class is set up to teach. Her student also prevented two people who might have learned those skill from having the opportunity to do so.

Would you care to address any of that?

Each child is entitled to a quality education, including special needs children. If you click on some of the links that I posted you will see that lesson plans are also designed for the special needs children to work along with the class.
