I heard Clapper give a public talk last year. He didn’t have a clue about the need to incentivize the various intelligence agencies to devise new, innovative sources and methods of intelligence.

He has pulled the wool over eyes his entire life. Always a dumbass is right. He opens his mouth and has no control of what random thoughts or ideas fall out.

Clapper was an Air Force General...he was not a pilot but had “Basic Officer Aircrew” wings. Not too impressed with that background. He is not the first Officer to make Flag rank that bewildered those who had seen him in action and wondered who was pulling him up the Chain of command to be a General?
