Influential Mexicans are pushing an aggressive and perhaps risky strategy to fight a likely increase in deportations of their undocumented compatriots in the U.S.: jam U.S. immigration courts in hopes of causing the already overburdened system to break down.
The proposal calls for ad campaigns advising migrants in the U.S. to take their cases to court and fight deportation if detained. The backlog in the immigration system is tremendous, said former Foreign Minister Jorge Castañeda. The idea is to double or triple the backlog, until [U.S. President Donald] Trump desists in this stupid idea, he added.

Hasta la visa?
And if Mexicans want to wage war through the courts next, fine, kick the ALL OUT. Close the border. Period. Can let anyone cross when we are at war. Declare La Raza a terrorist group while we are at it.
The 9th Circuit didn’t just open the southern border. :)
I wonder how much Soros has paid out to fund the anarchists in this country since 2008? And I wonder if it's drained his bank accounts any.
As long as the prosecutors, BP, ICE, and DHS officials all follow the letter of the law and have solid evidence on their cases and the deportees are guilt ofnthe charges there's not a damn thing they can do about it unless someone hires counsel who can prove otherwise (unless they pull shenanigans and know the judges that are hearing their cases ( in the old days attorneys would change the venue on a case to one that had a judge they knew personally like say one that attended their same university or were an old fraternity member; they're not supposed to be able to do that now in certain states). Hopefully Trump is deporting the felons, non-tax payers, and welfare system abusers first to send a clear message to the La Razans in our midst (just because you have a loud mouth and feel self-entitled to come to our country to get "free" welfare benefits paid by taxpayers who work an extra day a week to pay for it doesn't make it so). I don't want to see families torn apart that have been here for decades anymore than I would my own family and I think most Americans share the same sentiment. They should at least make those that follow the law and have established themselves here go the legal route and apply for citizenship. I think if they've been here for quite some time they should learn English as well; that lets us know they have tried to assimilate. If I moved to Mexico I would learn Spamish out of necessity and because it would be the right thing to do.
They will be back under different names.
Yes, ditto that.
> They are already jamming the maternity wards of our hospitals...
Big time. Go to Walmart on any Saturday and watch the pregnant Mexican women with 3 or 4 children already in tow using their EBT cards with a well dressed husband or boyfriend accompanying them who has a new or near new Ford F-150 whose tax free income isn’t being counted in the household income when they go to the Department of Health & Human Sevices to apply for their EBT cards. Now think about how many offspring those children are going to produce in no time that dont pay taces into the system and keep multiplying. No wonder we have a problem and it’s a legitimate complaint when we have to sweat for it so they can abuse the system and have to listen to their self-entitled La Razan mouths bitching about if we don’t want to be their slaves. I don’t let people just walk into my house and eat my food without asking and hand them the keys so why should we be forced to put up with this crap?
Mr. President, cut off the damned welfare.
Cut.
It.
Off.
Yeah, and they should show up at police stations and sheriffs’ offices to protest all the wanted posters with their images on them! Teach those dumb gringos...
Why don’t they spend their money trying to help their own people, maybe improving their country would keep them there.
I guess it’s easier to send them to the US,and deal in drugs, more profitable for the government
Sheriff Joe...call home....DjT’s got a gig for you....and we need your tents.
Here we go again!
If they are NOT in this country legally and they want to take their case to court, then fine. But there is NO necessity for the illegal alien to show up in court to begin with since his case can be pleaded by his attorney.
In the meantime he is sent back to Mexico to stay there until his case is heard and may then re enter America for the sole purpose of testifying.
"Is he a U.S. citizen? No. Case dismissed. Next case."
Furthermore, according to the govt of Mexico, illegals on US soil are, in fact, Mexican citizens, encouraged by Mexico to ride the US gravy train. The billions in remittance Mexicans collect here (under multiple identities) are sent back to the federales has a lot to do w/ that.

AFFIDAVIT BY THE GOVERNMENT OF MEXICO
IN A SWORN AFFIDAVIT TO A TEXAS COURT, MEXICO SWORE
THAT MEXICANS ON US SOIL ARE MEXICAN CITIZENS.
A sworn affidavit by Mexico's Consul General to a Texas court asserts that Mexico/s official govt policy is to encourage its poor people to migrate here illegally in order to access our generous welfare system
The Mexican consul's sworn testimony asserts: "My responsibilities in this position include protecting the rights and promoting the interests of my fellow Mexican nationals, and, that the main responsibility of consulates is to provide services, assistance, and protection to Mexican nationals abroad."
A footnote states that Mexican nationality is granted to children born abroad of a Mexican born parent. IOW, anchor babies born in the US retain parents Mexican nationality.
==========================================
Ergo, illegals have two governments looking after their interests.....our govt subsidizing them, and the Mexican govt making sure they collect.
Its time the US govt look after the interests of American citizens.
AP has obtained a copy of a Trump presidential draft order that calls for the removal of any legal immigrant who relies on certain kinds of public welfare benefits.....and would also focus the government's efforts on blocking immigrants who are likely to become reliant on government benefits.
This signals the cracking down on immigrants in the U.S. illegally, but also some living in the country legally.
==============================================
Ut oh, Mexico's not gonna like that. B/c in an affidavit to a Texas court, a govt official asserted the Mexican govt's official policy is to urge its citizens to get on the US gravy train (no doubt b/c the billions in remittances Mexican citizens here send back home).
So what's Mexico gonna do about it? Read on.

TALKING POINTS---Whenifhow posted: This is the most politically explosive admission by the Mexican government in the past decade. .... Castaneda is openly admitting a willingness to promote drug trafficking. Additionally, Jorge Castaneda is so proud of the threat, he even posted a video of the discussion on his own YouTube page..... ....the implications here are so politically explosive, and the admission so brutally obvious and threatening, it could undermine the entire argument of the Mexican government and expose an open secret of collusion they would prefer to remain hidden.
“Detain them in military tents in Arizona for as long as” it takes to build the f***ing wall.
