The current Democrat frontrunners: A portrait of three losers

Somehow, the United States has to learn to relax.  We just finished the long and jangling roller coaster ride of the 2016 presidential election, and the media are already fulminating about the 2020 matchup with Trump.

Left to right: Mark Cuban, Andrew Cuomo, and Elizabeth Warren.  Cuban hasn't a chance, because Americans don't like a candidate with a prognathic jaw who leads with his chin.  Cuomo is a loser because he has the personality of a rodent dragging a slice of pizza along a subway platform, and Warren's out because voters will recognize her as one of those social-worker types who couldn't organize a family between two rabbits – and besides, she's forever stuck with the nickname Fauxcahontas, and ten to one Trump would mock her with a whoo, whoo, whoo war dance on the stage at the debates.

Some folks think Cory Booker is a bright star in their party.

But, I cannot see Booker going anywhere. He abandoned all signs of any moderate tendencies when he attacked Jeff Sessions during the Senate questioning of the AG candidate; and second, he shows no backbone on any issues - but rather he capitulates to the current trends.

The Democrat Party has always been the party of the here and now - which is why it appeals to the unserious population: college students in social sciences; artists, non-religious, ignorant of American and world history, etc.

Appeal to them with the social media - which is why conservatives need to get with it and utilize these new outlets for our philosophy of governance.

I guess Michelle Obama should step in and save the party and be the first woman President. -Tom

Well, Warren would have you know that she is an expert on rabbit families, as they live in Warrens. True, her attempt to set up a rabbit family with two does didn’t work out, but that’s because of patruarchal social constructs that wymyn can overcome.

Fearless prediction: they’ll run Julian Castro, expecting him to lose, but using the election as practice for Cory Booker in 2024. (Or they’ll switch the two and run Booker to lose in 2020, and Castro to be expected to win in 2024.)

I'm thinking that Cory Booker will get a strong push and will be the nominee in 2020. The Democrats desperately want to find a "new" Barack Obama to recapture the White House, and feel Booker is the closest candidate they can find.

I met Booker personally at a fundraiser for a dear friend and colleague. She is a lib but was running for office in Newark so I didn’t see the harm in helping her out. It’s not like the GOP was going to take her seat. Anyway, Booker and I wound up chatting for 20 minutes or so. I found him to be extremely personable, well spoken, and intelligent. He was also very funny. He will be a formidable opponent since the lobs don’t care about honesty or accomplishments. They are all about the cult of personality and Booker has a powerful persona.

I think Cuomo is the most dangerous.

I feel more affection toward the rat than I ever would for Cuomo.

“Find a trans-gender Muslim woman.”

I think Lindsey Lohan is angling for that.

The rat is clearly a democrat though - eating well without ever having produced anything positive. In the video, the rodent is furtive, wobbly, and jerky, similar to the Rat nominee from last year.

Dick Durbin’s face is constantly on TV now. Watch when Pelosi speaks, he is always by her side.

meh. Remember that in 2013, the Republican frontrunners were Jeb Bush and Mike Huckabee. How'd that one turn out?

I'll start paying attention in 2020.

Danell Malloy (CT's Governor) as Franken running mate. If you want to scrap the bottom of the barrel, they are the ticket...

Both together would have a combined IQ of 3....
