This isn’t a good thing for Trump, but it also is NOT a disaster calamity that will end his presidency like so many others clutch their pearls with. It was clear to the Administration that action was needed, and it was taken.

I’m not about to throw in the towel over this - not by a long shot.

I agree with your assessment too but the establishment has done far worse things and this is very necessary when you are going to start to begin disciplinary actions back on them. You need to live up to your own standards before you can impose them on those you lead.

Flynn should never have been selected in the first place. Life long democrat, obamas former Director of the Defence Intelligence Agency 2012-2014. It is best for all that he is gone.

“This isn’t a good thing for Trump”

Trump fired him.

He wouldn’t have done it if it wasn’t a good thing.

No, it is NOT a good thing for Trump and it doesn’t speak well of him at all. Mike Flynn was one of Trump’s earliest and most fervent supporters and he was shit-canned for farting in church. Flynn didn’t resign; he was fired and “allowed” to resign - almost certainly at Pence’s (the politician) insistence.

So DOJ “warned” Trump that Flynn had an improper relationship with Russia? Just how the hell would DOJ know, especially after even the Washington Post reported that the FBI reviewed Flynn’s calls with Sergi Kislyak and found nothing improper? (There’s no doubt that NSA provided the transcript of the conversation with Kislyak to the Bureau, which is part of the IC, and probably did so with Flynn’s permission.) See: https://www.washingtonpost.com/world/national-security/fbi-reviewed-flynns-calls-with-russian-ambassador-but-found-nothing-illicit/2017/01/23/aa83879a-e1ae-11e6-a547-5fb9411d332c_story.html

Think anything will happen to Soros and his pet Obama for funding and coordinating all of the seditious activity since the election? Not hardly. What about Hillary and her obvious violations of the law, including a truly corrupt relationship with Russia? Flynn isn’t the first to be thrown to the wolves and he won’t be the last. Seems like its the Democrats and progressives who are draining the swamp from their perspective, not the reverse and this doesn’t bode well for the Trump administration at all.

Right, it’s NOT nearly as compromising as Valerie Jarrett’s special relationship to Iran
